Mark Ronson scores his first number one song as “Uptown Funk” jumps 2-1 at CHR and on the All-Format spins chart. For Bruno Mars, who is featured on the song, it is the fifth time he has reached No. 1 at CHR and first since “When I Was Your Man” in May 2013.

Dallas Smith’s “Wastin’ Gas” remains at the top of the Country Airplay chart for the second straight week. He is the first Canadian male artist to spend multiple weeks at the top of the format chart in the BDS era and he is the first Canadian artist to spend multiple weeks at No. 1 since Terri Clark’s “You’re Easy On The Eyes” spent two weeks at No. 1 in 1998.

Ed Sheeran’s “Thinking Out Loud” jumps 4-1 at Mainstream AC. It is his second chart-topper at the format and first since “Sing” spent two weeks at No. 1 in August 2014.

Modest Mouse’s “Lampshades On Fire” jumps 3-1 at Modern Rock. It is their first chart-topping song at a Canadian chart format.
